Do you have charter bus insurance?
Yes we do. The USDOT and FMCSA have specific insurance requirements for motorcoach companies. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

I'm bringing my lap top computer, do you have power outlets on your buses?
We have been installing 110 electrical in our coaches. Please call our office to request a coach with 110 outlets.

How much should I tip the driver for a casino trip?
On a typical charter trip, a driver is tipped for a job well done. Drivers generally receive 1-3 dollars per person per day. Gratuities are not mandatory but greatly appreciated.

How many days in advance should I schedule my arrangements?
We can accept reservations whenever you are ready. We have many customers that book a year in advance and those who wait until the last minute.

Do you have wheelchair accessible buses?
Yes we do. We operate two full size coaches that are wheel chair accessible and one mini bus that is equipped with a wheel chair lift.

Since you are a Maine bus company, do you travel outside of Maine?
Absolutely. We travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Is there any limit as to how far your vehicles can travel during a trip without having to rest?
We have specific requirements that are enforced by the USDOT and the FMCSA.

What forms of payment do you take?
Master Card, Visa, American Express, check.

What if I need to change the itinerary prior to the trip or cancel the trip?
Most changes are easily accommodated. Please contact our office to discuss what changes you would like to make. We need to be sure that the changes do not exceed Federal and State laws' regarding driver on-duty and/or off-duty time.

Can I bring a cooler on the bus with beverages in it?
We allow you to bring small coolers that will fit under your seat. Cans and plastic are preferred.

Do your motorcoaches have heat or air conditioning?
All of our vehicles have both. Each vehicle has a climate control system that can be adjusted for the passengers.

How do I arrange booking a bus rental, what is the process?
You can either email us or contact our office Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and speak with one of our sales associates.

What obligation do I have if I submit an online trip request form?
There is no obligation when you submit a quote. If you make a reservation with us, we will need to receive your signed contract and deposit by a specific date. Full payment and final itinerary are due two weeks prior to the departure date. In the event you choose to cancel your trip two weeks prior to departure, all of your money including the deposit is fully refundable. In the event you and your group need a extension for your cancellation policy, please contact our office to make these special arrangements.

Where are the pick-up locations for your casino buses to Mohegan Sun?
We offer a variety of convenient and safe locations in Maine for all our casino trips. Pick-up locations include Lewiston, Gray, South Portland, Biddeford, Wells, and Portsmouth. For more information, see our full casino trip schedule.
