Do you have charter bus insurance?

Yes we do. The USDOT and FMCSA have specific insurance requirements for motorcoach companies. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

I'm bringing my lap top computer. Do you have power outlets on your buses?

The majority of our fleet has 110 outlets available on board. Please call to request power if this is something that you will need on your trip and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How should I tip my driver for our trip?

On a typical charter trip, a driver is tipped for a job well done. Drivers generally receive $1-3 per person, per day. Gratuities are not mandatory, but are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are based on a job well done.

How many days in advance should I schedule my arrangements?

We can accept reservations whenever you are ready. We have customers that book a year in advance and others who wait until the last minute.

Do you have wheelchair accessible buses?

Yes, we have wheelchair and ADA accessible buses.  Please contact us to make arrangements.

Since you are a Maine bus company, do you travel outside of Maine?

Absolutely. We travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Is there any limit as to how far your vehicles can travel during a trip without having to rest?

We have specific requirements that are enforced by the USDOT and the FMCSA. Please contact your Northeast sales representative for guideline information about your specific trip.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or check.

What if I need to change the itinerary prior to the trip, or cancel it altogether?

Most changes are easily accommodated. However, we may not be able to guarantee last minute changes base on availability. Please contact our office to discuss what changes you would like to make. We need to be sure that the changes do not exceed Federal and State laws regarding driver on-duty and/or off-duty time.  Any cancellations within 2 weeks of your departure date are subject to payment-in-full.

Can I bring a cooler on the bus with beverages in it?

We allow you to bring small coolers that will fit under your seat. Cans and plastic are preferred.

Do your motorcoaches have heat or air conditioning?

All of our vehicles have both. Each vehicle has a climate control system that can be adjusted for the passengers.

How do I arrange booking a bus rental? What is the process?

You can email us, or contact our office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and speak with one of our sales associates.

What obligation do I have if I submit an online trip request form?

There is no obligation when you submit a request. If you end up making a reservation with us, we will need to receive your signed contract and deposit by a specified date, and full payment and final itinerary are due two weeks prior to the departure date. In the event that you need to cancel your trip, all of your money (including the deposit) is fully-refundable, as long as the cancellation is made at least two weeks before your departure date.

Where are the pick-up locations for your casino buses to Mohegan Sun?

We offer a variety of convenient and safe locations in Maine for all our casino trips. Pick-up locations include Lewiston, Gray, South Portland, Biddeford, Wells, and Portsmouth. For more information, see our full casino trip schedule.

What are your office hours?

Our hours of operation are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.  We have a 24/7 Manager on duty.  If you need after hour help please call (207) 784-3159.
