Our History

Serving the Northeast since 1999

Since 1999, when our original bus shuttled skiers from the Portland Jetport to Sunday River, we have grown our fleet to 13 charter buses, three mini-buses, and passenger vans and SUVs as well. We now have a second location in Lincolnville, Maine, in order to serve all of Maine and provide charter transportation services throughout the United States and Canada.

Sports Fans!

We’re also big sports fans! We have loved being the official transportation and carrier for the Portland Sea Dogs (affiliate of the Boston Red Sox) for the past 15 years. We’ve also been behind the wheel for 5 years as the travel provider for the Portland Pirates. Additionally, we’ve had the privilege of providing a multi-year transportation contract for Bridgton Academy’s athletic teams.

Strong NECT Traditions

While we continue to grow, we place the utmost importance on high-quality service and our relationships with all of our customers.

We also value the hard work and dedication of our employees.

Each summer, the hard-working staff at Northeast Charter & Tour come together for a traditional Maine barbecue and picnic. In this photo, Scott Riccio, President, Owner and Founder of NECT, looks over the employee BBQ offerings. Some of our other company events? SeaDog Night and a family-style Christmas party. We hold to the principle that happy employees make happy customers.

Still Growing!

With the addition of our trolley location in 2015, we’ve been able to expand our fleet offerings to trolleys, limos and party buses for up to 16 passengers.
