20 May NECT Drivers – sharpening the saw for perfection.
We recently had our semi-annual driver safety meetings to keep our motorcoach operators up-to-date on the latest industry trends, safety protocols, personal health, wellness, sleep suggestions, and driver performance reports. Here at Northeast Charter and Tour Company, our patrons are our number one priority. That’s why we do all we can to ensure their safety, comfort, and overall experience are the best they can possibly be.
We find that educating our drivers at these meetings on a regular basis makes for a smoother ride for everyone involved. From making sure that the buses they drive are impeccably maintained to learning about the logistics that get our patrons to their destinations on time, everything our drivers learn contributes to our customers’ satisfaction and safety. NECT is committed to providing superior service from the beginning of our riders’ trip until the end and our 30+ drivers who attend our semi-annual meetings make that happen. Because of this, we extend a big “thank you!” to all of those who not only came to our safety conference, but apply their knowledge every day on the job!
