09 Apr Northeast visits the Nation’s Capital
This past week, owner of Northeast charter and tour visited Washington D.C. to meet with Congress about many of the items that they will be taking action on in the near future that affect the motorcoach industry, tourism industry and our great state of Maine.
Scott Riccio was a part of the group consisting of motorcoach operators and vendors from across the united states in the motorcoach industry. Each year the United Motorcoach Association hosts a “fly-in” event in which each of the operators have face to face time with their state’s congressmen and congresswomen and gives them time to be able to discuss important matters that allow motorcoach travel to become better and stronger.
We are grateful to U.S. Representative Jared Golden and Senator Angus King from Maine who took time to sit with us and discuss our questions, we appreciate all of those who made this possible and appreciate living in such a great state with such great leadership.
