Planning a Halloween Party for Kids

Maybe no one enjoys traditions and observing the seasons quite like children do, and they are always eager to get involved. Are you really the one in charge of organizing the party with charter bus Maine for all the little Halloween spooks in your ‘hood this year? This post is for you, if so! Here are 10 activities those children might enjoy, and we’re guessing you love watching the pleasure, too.

1. Capitalize on the cake walk. Remember the numbered squares on the floor? Grab a poster board, write the numbers, cut out the squares, and tape them on the ground. Find some fun, spooky Halloween songs, get some prizes, and you’re ready to go.

2. Create a “haunted”fish pond. (Remember linking string to a rod and attaching a clothespin at the opposite end?) If the kids come up to “fish”, you can attach a pleasure Halloween trinket to their trick or treat bag.

3. Instead of Pin the Tail on the Donkey, play Give a Broom to the Witch! Grab a sketch of a witch, a broom, and a blindfold, and then allow the children take turns attempting to find out who can get the broom nearest to the hands of the witch on.

4. Have an egg relay. Split the children set the program up, and see whose team wins the relay. Make sure everyone has a twist…and no cheating!!! (Hopefully you do not end up having to clean up a great deal of raw eggs, either.)

5. Get some burlap sacks and possess a sofa race! (Alternately, you can pair the kids up and do a three-legged race as well.)

6. What about eating donuts, or bobbing for apples? These are simple, challenging, and they’re guaranteed to get everybody laughing.

7. Wanna play pick up sticks? (And hey, if you don’t possess a set of pick up sticks, what about a deck of cards?)

8. Bake a batch of candy prior to the party begins, establish a channel with several frostings and candy toppings. They will love decorating them, and they will not mind eating them, either!

9. Have everyone bring a pumpkin to the party. Establish with carving substances and also have a pumpkin carving contest. You will probably wind up with a few traditional jack-o-lanterns, together with some creative witches and designs that are ghoul.

10. Last painted?

Each one of these thoughts are just a bit nostalgic, cheap, and simple. It doesn’t cost a lot and you won’t regret creating memories to last a life with charter bus Maine! Happy Halloween from all of us in Northeast Charter & Tour!
